On Saturday, March 25, 2023, the West Point Volunteer Fire Department family came together to celebrate their successes of 2022 in our annual awards banquet. What started out as a cloudy and rainy day, turned into a perfect afternoon with clear skies! Our Awards Banquet had a twist to the theme this year…carnival style and fun was had by all.

We’d like to thank Jeeps & Butts BBQ for catering the event and The Lazy Cow Ice Cream Parlor for providing sweet treats for our members! The chow and sweets were fantastic!

We’d also like to thank our President Jeanna Lynn Wilson who brought some of her family along to help make this amazing event happen! Peggy Wills Sanford, Tammy Cade and Donna Curry…thank you for your hard work and getting us all fed!

The event featured more than just awards and fellowship – to complete the carnival theme, we brought in bounce houses, inflatable axe throwing and popcorn.🍿 A good time was had by all.
